After an 8 month journey, Se.co.pack has certified its organisation.

30 years after its foundation, Se.co.pack has certified its quality management system according to ISO9001:2015.

Among the certification paradigms some key principles have always been part of the values of Se.co.pack:

  • the continuous search for customer satisfaction, with a careful analysis of needs and requirements,
  • the use of decisions based on facts and numbers to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness,
  • the continuous improvement of the internal organization and the competences of the single collaborators, in order to guarantee saving of resources and time and to improve competitiveness

The certification process was facilitated by the generational diversity present in the company today, which is a great opportunity to innovate and develop organizational processes, to create stimulating and growth-friendly environment. It brings out issues such as experience, competence, responsibility, trust , motivation of resources, with a strong impact in terms of productivity, corporate well being and stakeholders satisfaction.
